Approximately how long should a base scene be rendered in blender? pull in the future such a PC simulation?

I study (began to study) blender, in Cycles render the basic cube is rendered for 30 seconds, before that I studied programming a little there a simple code, well, just 2 lines of seconds 2-3 is assembled and launched and I have a cognitive dissonance, how long should a cube be rendered on a good PC? and below I will write the characteristics of my PC, is it not weak for modeling?

characteristics

QuadCore AMD Athlon X4 750K, 4100 MHz (41 x 100)
8гб озу
Radeon(TM) RX 460 Graphics (2 ГБ)

Are you rendering on the GPU? The processor is really weak, but for a start it will do. Video cards may start to run out when you work closely with textures - there just won't be enough video memory. Well, you don’t miss it, the render will simply end with an error.
The resolution also plays a big role - you can lower it if necessary.

Blender/Cycles - rendering through ray tracing .
"Programming" - I think they mean much faster traditional methods (what is implemented, say, in OpenGL).
So it's completely normal for Blender to render slowly compared to "programming".
