Applocker doesn't block scripts?

Hello everyone
I'm trying to set up blocking on Windows 7, at the specified path, for script files
Support for PS1, BAT, CMD, VBS and JS is declared. But the ban works only for VBS for some reason.
True, for the test I prepared the files like this: first I created a regular txt file and then simply changed the extension by selecting from the list. (maybe everything is because of this)
For exe files - everything works ...
No one will tell you what's wrong?
