The PC has CheckPoint SSL Network Extender build 800005210 and Citrix Receiver 3.4.500.4 installed. Connection to the terminal farm is carried out through the Check Point SSL Network Extender. I open InternetExplorer (the other one does not work), the check starts there and I connect to the terminal farm, Citrix XenApp is loaded, where the applications are published. When you click on a published application, a circle is spinning to the left of the published application icon and the application does not start. Although the CitrixReceiver icon hangs in the system tray. Already tried everything. The question is how to see at least some logs of the work of CitrixReceiver ??? how to understand what is going on?
