Applications freeze after installing RAM?

I recently ordered 16GB of RAM (8GBx2), everything is combined with the motherboard and other components, I gave it to the service for assembly. At home, after installation, I decided to test the whole thing, but after 10 minutes after launching the application, it writes that "The application is not responding" and throws it out of the application, or debugs it after 1-2 minutes?

Initially it was 8GB (2 slots of 4GB each)

Run memory with memtest. If it hangs, it's the RAM. Take it back to where it was collected. If it does not hang, look for the reason further.

Check the RAM with the MemTest program, it will show bad sectors
