I have an idea how to improve popular applications and have a lot of experience in English, but I don’t have knowledge of programming and IT in general.
I want to implement a startup, but I don’t understand what knowledge, personnel and funds are needed for this!

The developed application is not the final product. An application for each of the platforms will cost several hundred thousand rubles, but I repeat, this is the cost of only a bare application, which is not yet a final product.
Well, the most important thing you need to know: if your improvements turn out to be cool, they can be introduced by your competitors and you will not have any advantages over them, and they will have everything that you have + a million audience and brand. So if this is not a radically new product format, then do not waste your time and money.
