Application shortcuts missing in mintMenu?

Under another user and under root - everything is OK.
Removed mintmenu with all the giblets

sudo apt purge mintmenu
rm -rf ~/.linuxmint/mintMenu ~/.config/mintmenu ~/.config/menus

+ using Dconf editor I delete the branch /com/linuxmint/mintmenu
Restart session.
I reinstall mintmenu and put it on the panel.
Bottom line: (, i.e. everything is the same, i.e. under the root and under another user everything is fine,
but I don’t have “shortcuts” of applications in the menu, only what is in my favorites.

I solved the problem :)
Some of the .desktop files in the ~/.local/share/applications/wine directory
did not allow the applications plugin to work normally,
I wanted to find which file caused this problem, but I did not have the patience, because there are many :(
Just deleted the whole directory
