Application for combining geographic objects from different sources?

Hello Habr.
There are several sources of geographic objects (points) (coordinates that may be unknown, and attributes, both addresses and others), in fact, data from these sources should complement each other, so duplication is possible where coordinates and attributes from different sources can slightly different for one physical object.
There can be several thousand physical objects, respectively for each source too.
I would like to be able to edit attributes and combine points from different sources for one physical object. I would also like that when updating data from one source, already edited / merged data is saved. And since editing is meant to be manual, it would be nice to have a convenient interface so that you can divide the work both by time and by the number of people, editing, for example, different regions.
The search led me to QGis , but it seemed to me that he could not do what I want.
Actually the question is: can anyone know / used solutions for this or similar tasks?
