Apple iPhone 6 Plus - Is 16GB Enough for a Developer?

Dear, good afternoon.
Against the backdrop of "sagging" prices for the Apple iPhone 6 Plus, I thought - why not take the 16GB version for ~ 46k?
iOS maiden a real physical device will come in handy anyway, but will these 16GB be enough?
Please don't hit me if the answer to a question seems too obvious.

For everyday use, IMHO from 64 is needed.

Enough for development, here they write that
I don't agree. Everyone has their own tasks that they set for their gadget, I live well with 16 GB and 8 I have free, and I have music and all the applications I need, the only thing I don’t have games is 1+ GB

It's enough if you don't pour in a mountain of music. And it is unlikely that your application will weigh 10 gigs.

For development, that's it. Memory is usually littered with photos, music, videos, games, but not regular applications.
