Apple Developer Program. How to pay with a non-named card?

Has anyone had experience buying an Apple developer account through a non-named bank card?
The essence of the problem: I paid for the developer's account through someone else's name card, on the trail. the day a letter arrived in which they demanded the data of an identity card (rights, passport, international passport). There are no such documents available and it takes quite a long time to make them, about a month. So he asked for a refund. Returned after 4 days. Today I issued an unnamed card at the bank and now I’m thinking whether it’s worth making a purchase, because I think that I will again encounter exactly the same problem.
I wonder if anyone had experience with acquiring an account through cards that do not indicate the name of the owner and did you have to poison scans of documents that confirm the identity of the card owner? Perhaps someone knows how to act in this situation without drawing up any documents of an identity card?

firstly, it may not work due to the type of card
; secondly, if it works, then you take a picture of your passport with a card and there are no problems
in your aunts - the card must be from your area (see bic) then there will be no Apple questions
