On the official site with documentation on vk.api, as an example, a request is given that should display information about the user:

https://api.vk.com/method/users.get?user_id=210700286&v=5.52

The users.get method is said to require no additional parameters other than the id of the users to look up. But in practice, an error is thrown:
User authorization failed: no access_token passed
But if you specify a token, it gives a different error.
