API vk messages.get is deprecated, what's instead?

In API version 5.80:
messages.getDialogs, messages.getChatUsers, messages.get, messages.searchDialogs are deprecated and will not be updated anymore.
You need to constantly monitor new incoming messages from all account dialogs. How to organize it correctly?
