API libraries for weather, what are there?

Hello, I need a library like pyowm, which would also give access to the weather "today", "tomorrow", "the day after tomorrow".

The problem is that https://openweathermap.org/ is paid for additional functionality, it gives access to the weather only "today".

Or do you still have to parse some site yourself?
