API command for telegram bot?

There are several tasks that I would like to put in telegrams. The tasks are mainly of this kind: at the command of the bot, get json from one site, parse and display the answer.
Or, by http request from the site, send me a message in telegram. So I think it's not a problem to raise your server, it's a matter of a couple of hours, but perhaps there are already ready-made services for this? Not free, but let's say a couple of bucks a month - the price is normal for personal use. Maybe there are some? who will advise?
