apache virtual host not working on laravel 5.8 working project?

Apache HTTP Server

I have C:\xampp-x64-7.3.6-1-VC15\ installed on my xampp machine with Apache/2.4.39 (Win64) OpenSSL/1.1.1c PHP/7.3.6 configuration.
I tried to edit httpd-vhosts.conf
C:\xampp-x64-7.3.6-1-VC15\apache\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.conf
I go in and open links normally
But they don't work normally in the admin menu panel, the server issues invalid references in working project on laravel 5.8.
When you try to follow the links in the admin menu all the time the Apache server gives this error.
