Apache not starting how to fix?

Apache HTTP Server

downloaded apache, connected virtual hosts, started configuring phpmyadmin tried to restart the server gave an error:

looked at the logs:

I went into the configuration file and found this line:
IncludeOptional sites-enabled/*.conf
I can’t figure out what’s wrong, please tell me how to fix it

This line includes all files from sites-enabled/*.conf, so there is a syntax error in some .conf file in this directory.
Look at the log files from the server, maybe there will be something extra.
