Apache intermittently stops accepting requests
Apache stops accepting requests. It just hangs on the port and does not respond. Before it is nginx, which gives the static. Apache is only needed for mod_php. This happens periodically, it does not recover itself, it remains in this position until you restart it. What could be the reason, what to see, what to check?
Apache/2.2.12, Ubuntu 9.10.
The graph shows a dip in the processor and requests.
