Greetings.

I would like to know if there is a specialized software for auto raising processes, such as apache?

sometimes some scripts hang, which causes excessive load on the server, and therefore they need to be killed and the correct operation of apache restored.

I don't really want to hard cut resources for hosts.

Maybe just write a shell script for your specific needs and run it on cron?
