Apache 2.4 won't start on Windows7 Started, do you need the VCRUNTIME140.dll file?

httpd.exe -k install command is not executed to start apache, VCRUNTIME140.dll file is needed

The installer can weigh a penny, it usually downloads files from the Internet, it does not contain them itself.
But the installed IDE weighs several GB.
And you, by any chance, do not win the competition for the optimal weight mismatch of the IDE to the range of your tasks? :)
Why do you need 2015? Yes, and, I suppose, Community, and not some of the Express?

For those who faced the problem of running Apache 2.4 VC 14 on Windows 7 Started (or not only on it). Pay attention to the link "vc_redist_x64/86.exe.", which will be on the apache archive download page. It will take you to the page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx , where there will be 2 files:
vc_redist.x64.exe-14.1 mb
vc_redist.x86.exe-13.3 mb
Everything worked for me!
