Answer to a bot command (VKontakte)?

I saw some VK bots that when writing a command, the bot asked "Confirm" / "Refuse". Example:
Buy a house -> To confirm the purchase, write "Confirm". To refuse "Refuse".
I'm very interested in how this is implemented. Thanks in advance for your reply! (I am writing a bot in NodeJS)
