Another startup idea. What is your opinion?

Many of us work on personal projects and we all want these projects to be seen by the audience. But the problem is that this project is not commercial and it is not supposed that any marketing actions will be carried out on it (advertising, promotion, etc., I don’t understand much about this).
Roughly speaking, we are writing the project for ourselves, for the soul, but it would be a good plus for as many people as possible to use it (you can also think about monetization there). There is no money for promotion and advertising.
It would be nice if there was such a platform where you could absolutely free to lay out your project for demonstration to the whole world.
The essence of the idea is this (if we take it very roughly): there is one main page where it is placed, let's say 100 links to applications / projects / products of users who left them published in the system.
There are no paid accounts. It's just that your application gets queued up. The queue is moving, let's say 1 pip in 1 day. Once my app reaches 100th place, it starts showing up at 100th place in the list and continues to move up 1 point every day. After reaching the 1st place, the link is removed. This way I get 100 days free advertising for my product.
Of course, this should go through some minimal moderation so that there is nothing unacceptable, but no more.
There are literally 2-3 applications in the list of applications of the application information and a link to more detailed information.
It is very difficult to express your idea correctly, but I hope you got it.
So what do you say?

You do the main thing, but are you right - or not "Time will tell", but if you constantly ask someone's opinion, then you will not only do nothing, but also kill the coding nafig))
