Animation when moving the phone?

Hello! Please help me with the next question!
There is an animation that starts when you click ... how to make it start when the phone moves, respectively on the phone.
I know that I need to use DevaiceOrientation, but I can’t figure it out, it doesn’t work for me. Another question is whether it will work if the animation itself is in jquery?
I would really appreciate a working example, any help!
