Animating a div block on a slider?

Good day!
Slider on the title page. How to make a separate div block appear on each slide with a delay.

make up the required block separately using this https://daneden.github.io/animate.css/
then transfer the entire block to the slider and write js to switch classes. Sliders usually have events that can be used to get the current slide.
