Angular installation on Centos7?

Angular

When installing Angular on Ubuntu 18 and running it with ng serve --host 0.0.0.0 --open ,
it starts correctly in myip:4200 web browser.
When running Angular on Centos 7 and running it with the command ng serve --host 0.0.0.0 --open, everything compiles successfully, but in the web browser myip:4200 an error is thrown This site can't be reached

2) systemctl stop firewalld
