Angular. How to open localhost on any device on the same network?

Good evening.
I tried all the options that I googled - the page does not open on the phone. I inserted the IP of the computer into the address, opened the ports in the firewall, tried other IPs from ipconfig - all to no avail.
ng serve --host 192.168.0.10 (as an example of a computer ip) doesn't work either.
What could be the problem?
PS I'll clarify that the application is wrapped in Ionic.
