Angular cli 6 karma.conf.json How to include global styles?

Angular

I connect global scss in karma.conf. Added karma-scss-preprocessor , but on startup an error occurs at ~

30 05 2018 21:27:16.214:ERROR [preprocessor.scss]: src\styles.scss
 2:1 File to import not found or unreadable: ~styles/fonts.

Does anyone know how to solve?
