Android: Xamarin/java: How to resize an element with a pinch?

Are there examples somewhere in xamarin (c#) (or at least in java) how to make some element resizable?
I want to do this: the activity will contain a webview, which in turn will contain a large web page,
you need to pinch the web page (well, or the webview itself) to increase / decrease.
Searched on google. Have not found.
