Android studio 4 writes: waiting for build to finish and crashes how to fix it?

When opening a project in android studio 4, after loading it says: "waiting for build to finish" and after about 2-3 seconds. flies out.
Also, during loading, previously opened .xml files are underlined in red, and when "waiting for build to finish" appears, the errors disappear and a checkmark appears on the top right.

UPD The error was fixed after restarting the computer
