Android project - eclipse hangs under VMWare!?
Hello,
I set up a virtual machine (VmWare) for programming only.
Set up eclipse for yourself. Installed and configured what I need. (Aptana, android, maven - and a few more standard plugins).
Now I'm doing one project for Android.
Well, it's not possible to work, eclipse hangs literally after every click.
Either xml or class is opened, darkened for 30 seconds or even for a minute. The same with closing or with some change in the code ...
8GB of RAM and a 2-core processor are allocated for the virtual machine. Moreover, when only eclipse and the browser are open, then 2 processors show that they are 99% loaded.
With other things, there are no such glitches, only eclipse hangs and, as far as I notice, only when developing for Android.
Build eclipse (SPRING TOOL SUITE 3.2.0.RELEASE - BASED ON ECLIPSE JUNO 4.2.2) from here. www.springsource.org/downloads/sts-ggts
I didn't set up linux myself, I don't understand why.
Tell me, who faced, how to fight?
Thank you!

Try normal clean eclipse + adt plugin.
Another option is Intellij Idea.
