Those are on the LG P350, but it will be a bit old already. I have not yet seen any of the modern branded ones.

I found 103 devices on devdb.ru , but not all of them have hard buttons.
For example:
teXet TM-3200R
Acer beTouch E210
Acer beTouch E140
Alcatel OT-890
Alcatel OT-891 Soul
Alcatel OT-890D
Alcatel OT-908

Of course, this is not quite the same, but nevertheless, for example, Samsung Galaxy S 2.3, Note has a hardware Home button - you can set it in the settings as an answer button (I always assign it myself), and in the same place, in the settings - You can set the call rejection with the Power button (I don’t use it, because I prefer this button to turn on / off the screen during a call). These settings are standard in Samsung flagships, the younger models do not have these settings, and they will not be in free firmware, such as CyanogenMod. For me, hardware buttons are very important, therefore, I found such a solution for myself and do not experience any inconvenience.

Only during a call. I hung up exDialer opening on Home in Apex Launcher.

You can add it yourself, since it's quite easy and Android allows
