Android phone stuck on startup?

I use CyanogenMod 7 on LG Optimus One. Forced transfer to the card is enabled (too little space on the internal media) when the card is mounted (during boot or after connecting to a PC), the phone freezes tightly. Through adb, you can see that the phone is working and there is no load on the processor, but there is a lot of free memory. Killing processes, the phone did not develop. Also, when it freezes, music works, etc. That is, it hangs the interface and the reaction to the buttons.
Now I solve the problem by performing some actions at startup, for example, in Plume for Twitter. When active at the time of launch, it does not hang, but noticeably slows down. Also changed the rights of applications. Is it possible to diagnose which application is causing this?
And what do you recommend. Transfer from the card to the phone - I can’t, there is very little space. Deleting is also not an option.

Look at the output adb logcatat the moment of freezing, suddenly you will find out something useful.

As a longtime user of CyanogenMod, I can say that many problems are solved by a banal flashing to the same system.

Here it is, the solution to the problem:
In the Recovery mod there is a Partition Manager for memory. If I'm not mistaken, then you can allocate more memory for applications, i.e. under a section not with a date, but with basic information.
