android phone for software development

Dear experts, please advise an Android phone within $300-350 for which it would be possible to write applications. I want to master this path, but I suffer in choosing. Now I'm looking at Acer Liquid E, but maybe there are better options in this price category?

For these purposes, I would take a used Nexus One or Nexus S. These are reference devices, ideal for developers.

The difference will not be big, choose any. For example, I love HTC, and for myself I would choose HTC A3333 Wildfire, although it has a weaker processor.
You can develop on any device, the main thing is that 2.1+ is the most popular. You can even without a device, Google has a good emulator, though a bit slow.

Liquid is a good choice, suitable for mass development (hardware is quite standard and powerful enough for androids, there are firmware based on Android 2.3)

Highscreen Zeus. Causes?
1) there are all androids (from 1.6 to 2.3). The new ones come out just in time.
2) used costs $130. molotok.ru/listing.php/search?sg=0&string=zeus - as many as 4 pieces at once ...) The new one is also inexpensive. About 200 I think.
3) The hardware stuffing corresponds to those androids that ordinary people buy, not technocrats or thick-walled ones. By the way, in itself with 2.3 it works smartly.
4) you will be able to debug applications under the hardkey. Note - those who bought an android with a hardkey are always ready to pay for software. For it is a working tool, not a toy.
The list can go on for a very long time.
Cons:
1) resistive screen. If your applications are not tied to multitouch, then you can skip this minus.
2) lack of 3d acceleration in alternative firmware. Don't write games.
3) the accelerometer is dull, yes. However, for debugging it will fit. You won’t be able to play)
Here ... something like this) Changing the version of the android takes 15 minutes (they rolled the image 1.6 rooted with custom recovery from Windows, then from the bootloader they rolled the necessary android from zip'a).

What can you say about HTC HD mini (I didn't really like Wildfire)? Found in the Kiev store Nexus One for 4000 hryvnia, like new.
As I understand it, no one will praise Acer?)

I really liked HTC Wildfire S, but it's not clear when it will appear in Ukraine (and at the right price)

I can advise Samsung GT-I5800. Android 2.1, and now the price is about 9,000 rubles. Only the only minus it has is a display with a slightly non-standard ratio.

I have Acer Liquid E. I like it very much
In the pros:
- Display 480x800.
- In general, the filling is quite serious.
Cons:
- There is no official 2.3 (there are enough unofficial ones, even left people ported Cyanogen).
- Incorrect multi-touch (this is due to the kernel, if it is fixed in the firmware, then at least two touches work fine).
