How to request permission to show a notification on a closed screen.

On my Redmi 7A (Android 10) every app has this item - Allow notifications on the lock screen.

How can I get this permission from the code? So far, it is not active for me.

For example, applications such as Telegram, WhatsApp immediately after installation have this permission, I want to implement something similar in my project.
