The question of such a plan. How is the tax situation on the Android Market in general? Are they paid automatically by Google or should the developer take care of it?

In general, I'm interested in a more complicated question. Ukraine is not in the list of countries from which applications can be sold. But I heard about the possibility of opening an account in one of, for example, Russian banks and using it. Then the question is repeated, but in a more complex context: what will be the situation with taxes, what about double taxation, etc.? I'm just in legal matters, unfortunately, absolutely not strong ...
