There is a certain Moxier Mail which assumes synchronization of letters with Exchange Server. True, this Moxier costs 600 rubles.

It is possible through IMAP, it is possible directly. My Nexus One connects directly. Plus the calendar syncs.

With Exchange Server, my Desire works great, through a native email client.

Misunderstanding arises from the fact that by default there is no synchronization with ActiveSync Server in "naked" Android. These vendors, in order to increase the attractiveness of their devices among corporate clients, add a synchronization program to the device firmware. HTC does this for devices sold under its own brand (I can’t say for Nexus One, I don’t remember).
From third-party clients, Moxier or TouchDown can be recommended. But they are paid. And it will be very difficult to find free ones, because MS takes royalties for the ability to work with the Exchange server (in HTC devices, this royalty is included in the total cost of the device).
