Android loop reboot?

Acer E140 reboots immediately after booting up. I tried to flash it, downloaded the firmware, pressed the addition of sound + decrease + inclusion, the update is successful, but after turning on the same situation.

rather, the problem is in framework-res.apk, which lies in / system / framework
, usually if this file is wrong, an endless reboot (for me anyway).
The medicine is
1) it will boot into the menu recovery mode, connect it to the computer
2) install adb on the computer, install firewood to the phone if not already
3) find the stock firmware files for the phone (w3bsit3-dns.com)
4) These files are most likely in the tar archive. extract from there (PDA part) factoryfs.rfs
5) rename this file to factoryfs.iso, open with UltraIso, extract the framework-res.apk file from the framework folder
6) now from the
adb command line push "<path where this is on the computer extracted file>\framework-res.apk" /system/framework
phone can be restarted. This is certainly not an option, because I don’t think that the system will work stably with the stock framework file, while others are not from stock.

It looks like a firmware issue. Custom? Did you make a nandroid backup?
Try doing a full wipe, then reflash again. If it does not help, then sew another firmware.

You can also see what will be in the logs (adb logcat). But usually wipe helps if the firmware itself should work.

There must be a problem with one of the installed programs. If you did an update from 2.2 to 2.3, then the reason is in Google Apps: I myself had such a problem.
I would advise doing Wipe (that is, resetting to factory settings).
