You must have separate classes for each tab, in onCreateView of this class you return

inflator.inflate(*лейаут вашего таба*, container, false);
thereby "binding" the layout to the taboo.
Next, in your SectionsPagerAdapter, in the getItem method, make a condition
if(position == 0){
return new Tab1(); // экземпляр нужного таба
} else if... // и т.д.
