Android - how to develop further?

Good afternoon friends! Need your advice.
I have been doing web development "for myself" (Drupal) for a long time. I mean, I did projects on the topics that I like, and then, as it turned out, I sold them. At the same time, development has never been the main job - until recently, I was a hired IT manager.
However, it so happened that six months ago, at the call of my heart, I left my last factory (yes, I didn’t get fired myself). Wondering what to do next, I started studying android. Fortunately, I know how to program, and the features of the java syntax and the platform itself are easily digestible. As not so much as educational examples, but rather as a diploma work, I made several applications:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=su.s...
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=su.s...
Now before I have a question, what next?
On the one hand, I want to make my own mobile projects, but at a higher quality level. The topics of games are interesting, as well as puzzles and educational games for adults and children (I have such a resource for the soul on the web - www.smart-kids.su; however, it is not monetized in any way). But this requires at least a designer working in pairs and investment money, as well as breakthrough ideas for applications. And I still feel bad about mobile marketing, and therefore I cannot guarantee a return of money to the investor.
On the other hand, I want to develop professionally, and for this you definitely need to get into a team with more experienced developers. The problem is that I live in a relatively large, but regional city, and here I don’t see any offers. And for remote work, serious companies take only developers with proven extensive experience.
In general, I got into a kind of psychological impasse. Who was in a similar situation, where did you go? Freelance? Your projects? Somehow they made their way into serious offices?

@gadfi

To begin with, decide what you like games or applications more, if games, then look towards some kind of framework, for example, unity3d, if applications, then increase your skill, I’m sure you have enough spaces ─ look at the vacancies you are interested in and the list of requirements for them, but for now, don’t increase your skill important games or freelance apps are a good choice to start with.
