Android - how to change menu colors?

There is a ContextMenu and an ActionBar.
In the first one, you need to somehow change the color of the selector.
In the second, the color when the menu item is clicked.
I can roughly imagine how to work with shapes and selectors, but I have no idea which items are responsible for colors.
