There is an application written for android on cordova
Sometimes, on some phones, the OS catches a glitch
, the application loses access to the Internet, while all the others work,
it crashes after changing the SIM card.
The application, of course, notifies users that there is no connection,
but I would like to distinguish this situation from a simple Internet shutdown

here comes the thought that your server falls off by timeout. Try to catch the bug by comparing access to other sources. To catch a dump of the Internet, try to push the rx signal to catch failures.
