Android + gps + openstreetmap + wikipedia + ... + offline?

Who uses ready-made solutions for android-based tablets to organize a minimal offline travel guide (maps, places and, if possible, road maps and metro, bus routes)
... access to information offline databases mentioned in the title?
ps for Russian cities there are already databases, for example from DoubleGIS (fortunately, they recently released offline for android), I would like the same thing but for Europe.

I have never used it myself, but if it were necessary, I think I would use osmand and download the necessary piece of the map, though navigation in osmand, in my opinion, is only online.
This is about the map, but about the offline database, I have not seen this
