Android: File permissions don't change. How to fix it?

In short, no matter how it happened, I created the init.d folder in system / etc and set its rights to 777. When changing, there was a message that I would have to remount the system. Now, in the internal memory, all files have 660 rights, and on the map - 770. And they do not change in any way (from under the root too). How to fix it?

Not everything is clear, like "they do not change in any way (from under the root too)" - a mistake? how are you doing?
It may be easier for you to flash the device again.

The rights to directories in some buckets are distributed, all of a sudden, in init scripts.
