Android developer roadmap?

Which language to choose for Android development for a beginner, Kotlin/Java? Recommend a roadmap for getting into Android development for a beginner with no programming experience.

If there is no experience at all, then start by studying algorithms, interface markup, Kotlin.
If you have experience in other languages, then it will probably be a little easier with Java.
And so, put Android Studio (all default settings), take any instructions for creating the first application - and go.

Java is easier to learn because for it there are many more examples, manuals and different libraries written on it.
