Please advise the application that you launch and it starts looking for available free wi-fi points in the background, find which using GPS marked them on the map (location)
after which you could somehow save the search results, i.e. for example, the name of the point with its coordinates, or a screenshot, or a GPX file

how to understand search? only within range, i.e. will they appear on the map after you have visited a certain place?
I don’t know of these, but maybe it’s worth looking for a database of existing free Wi-Fi, where people add the found points manually and is it all synchronized? there seem to be some, although in our (your) regions the bases are probably incomplete.
in fact, in the play market (android) on request free wifi scanner / free wifi spots a lot of this, try
