Android and is it worth it to use frameworks for creating games?

stupid question, I know it myself.
But my task is to implement a 2d game in which the main programming language is java, and I think to take the libgdx framework or use the tools that android studio gives us?

Depends on your game, if the game is more or less dynamic and with a lot of animation, then it is better to choose an engine / framework such as libgdx or unity, if something simpler, then you can implement it using standard android SDK tools.

You take libgdx and write in AndroidStudio. On a bare API, you will be engaged in bicycle building, and not toy programming. I speak from personal experience.

A decent framework gives an understanding of how to build a game, or at least has examples. Plus, performance problems have been solved and the most spreading rake has been removed.
