Description of the problem:
The essence of the problem is as follows. In the latest version of Android, judging by the changelog, a new “feature” has appeared - a power saving mode for Bluetooth. Because of it, my connection to the headset is terribly buggy.

The question is, how can I turn off this power saving mode for Bluetooth? (do not confuse the general power saving mode - I have it disabled)

2. This functionality cannot be disabled, it is hardwired in the kernel. Or change the kernel.
