android 2.3.3 + nexus one + voice input

After updating Nexus One to 2.3.3 (officially, OTA), voice input (microphone on the keyboard) began to work exclusively in English, regardless of the input language. Voice search works fine. In the voice input settings, I set both "Russian (Russia)" and "Default (Russian)".
Before the update (on 2.2.2 and earlier) everything worked fine.

Erase the data (Program Management -> All (tab) -> Voice Search -> Erase Data (button)) and it all worked.
