And yet, Paypal or Skrill or Payoneer or Wire transfer?

I have been studying the topic for a week now, and have not come to a consensus, each system has its pros and cons. And the questions you want answered.
1) PayPal
- Can I withdraw funds only to a ruble account?
+ You can receive them to your account in foreign currency.
+ The cost of transferring from UpWork is minimal.
Synopsis:
This option is good if the money can be spent on Ebay, the commission is almost minimal. For withdrawal to an account in Russia, it will be with a commission.
2) Skrill
- complain about the commission when transferring to an account (not to a card), like with a Swift transfer? But in the tariffs, it is clearly indicated that there is such an amount for rs, for a visa such for withdrawing funds? What's the catch? Or are they scared for no reason? [Question 1]

+ 3 or 4 euros for transfer to Russia
Questions:
[Question 2] - It is most advantageous to create a dollar account in a bank and make a transfer to it. Or a VISA dollar card. Has anyone had experience with Sberbank dollar cards and this transfer system?
[Question 3] - Did you have any problems with this transfer system?
Summary:
I'm looking at this option as one of the preferred ones.
3) Payoneer
+ foreign jurisdiction,
+ dollar account initially
- commissions for each action.
Questions:
[Question 4] - for the life of me, I did not find an answer on this issue - what is the commission when paying in Russia (ie in rubles) in a regular store? $3 per transaction + payoneer 3% conversion fee? Or is there no commission, as they say on the payoneer forum?

[Question 5] - how do they withdraw money from this card at the bank's cash desks? just come and shoot?
Summary, leaning towards this method
4) Wire transfer to pc IP.
- It costs $30 to my dollar bank account
- 6% tax (while on vacation)
- 1% over 300 thousand (PRF)
- currency control documents
+ one payment for 90r you can transfer money to a dollar bank account.
Summary:
This method is good if the payment amount is very large.
[Question 6] - Which of these 4 methods do you use and why?
[Question 7] - How much is one or another service preferable for small or large withdrawal amounts? (example amounts $200, $1000, $2500+).
Sorry for so many detailed questions, but I really need an answer.

@kawabanga

some stupid questions, it’s obvious that if you work in the black, you only need to work through the pioneer, alpha bank has now removed the limits on cashing out dollars and you can withdraw a lot of bucks, everything else is full of pale income for the tax, and it will still come back to haunt as soon as automation begins in the tax .
