And what book is there (course \ series of articles) on windows server and windows "desktop" so that all services are simply but described in detail and how it works?

Here I do NOT need it to be stupid: "in the wizard, poke further further further" namely, that's how it works (there are protocols that the service provides) and a couple of practical examples.
And in Russian.

Genesis 11:1-9. But there are only basic principles.
And also McConnell, Code Perfect. There are basic principles of managing connectivity and complexity, and this book seems to be forbidden to read at Microsoft.
