Yes, there are differences:
Analysis usually implies some kind of quantitative and qualitative characteristics. If you look at the services for analyzing sites ( www.digimetr.com , pr-cy.ru and others), then you will understand that the same characteristics are taken for all types of sites (news, commercial, information) . The analysis is most often done automatically. The analysis is done in order to quickly assess the state of a resource.
An audit involves a more detailed work on the site, based on its individual characteristics: the type of site, ways to attract traffic, ways to monetize, etc. Purpose of the audit- identify problems or growth potentials of certain metrics. Auditing is most often done by people.
