Analogue of odesk for CG people?

I recently stumbled upon this site ... what can I say, a lot of information! The third day I don’t sleep, I don’t eat)
I learned about odesk on the same site.
Is there an analogue of odesk for CG people? 3D, video-photo processing, etc.

Probably didn't ask the right question. I'll try to rephrase.
After reading the entire Odesk section and many others, I got the impression that odesk is somehow distinguished from, for example, freelancer.com, i.e. it’s more realistic to find a job, throw less and generally a very friendly site and many work and advise.
Has anyone heard about exchanges for CG, the same ones that inspire confidence and that you can advise a friend? So Google shows a lot of sites ... does anyone have experience working on such exchanges?
Or I misunderstood the situation with odesk?
PS just in case... by CG I mean video/photo work, motion design, 3D, etc.
